Asia Pacific Leisure Group has created an opportunity for new and existing Golf properties, by developing a concept that we call CRC which stands for our Club Retreat Concept.
Having watched Hotel companies trying their hand in the Club business and failing, APLG has developed this program to assist with the success of properties with accomodations. This new concept provides a complete Lifestyle Club that has its roots steeped in the tradition of the historic London Clubs of the 19th century. This new Club culture is not stuffy but modern, we like to call it “Club Modern”. It combines the best of Club traditions while focusing on the demands of a new market that wants to be recognized not for what the Club resort stands for, but are recognized for what their Membership stands for.
We enlist a holistic approach that offers our Members a lifestyle that incorporates Leisure, Sports, Health and Real Estate investment. Members can enjoy these benefits not just when they are visiting their Club or someday when they retire, they can live it now. They can enjoy the benefits every day from the time they wake up in their personal suite until the time they go bed and they never have to leave the gates of the Club Resort. It will be possible for Members to accomplish their daily goals, from business meetings to health treatments, to sports like golf etc., to networking, to dining and entertainment, in a totally enclosed private, secure and 'green' Club community.
This concept is not just another Real Estate development that uses the Club as an amenity to sell its Real Estate. APLG is the first company that has set up strict guidelines and standards that assure that all of their Clubs operate as 5 star properties, developing this not only in terms of physical facility requirements but also as service and product requirements delivered by a staff that passes a rigorous training program before they are given the responsibility of managing an APLG Club resort. To achieve this we have gathered a group of highly qualified individuals in every Club and Resort discipline, from agronomy to social communications, to fulfill the needs of our Owners and our Members.
