At APLG we emphasize our key ingredient to success, the relationship between the Member and staff, by embracing Hospitality and emphasizing a “holistic” shift from what other Clubs offer.  We promote and deliver a balance for the body, mind, spirit and emotions of our Members.

In Clubs of today, management has erected numerous barriers; there is little human interaction with the Members. Management is chained to their desks; their time dictated by the numbers – budgets, forecasts, labor. Their interaction with Members is cursory at best and does not build relationships. Management’s poor outreach is further manifested for the Member through the vital “first impression”, an automated Club telephone system, an artificial, cold welcome at the door, formerly manned by Guests Services and the further affront at the “Reception”, where dialogue and eye contact are conflicted by the computer.
